2024 Music, Market & Park It

Welcome to Music, Market and Park It, West Lincoln's new event series that combines a market, car show, food trucks and live music! This 6-week event series features high quality produce and products from local farmers and vendors, spotlights live musical entertainment and showcases special vehicles new and old.

Dates: July 16, 23, 30 & August 6, 13, 20
Market: 4 to 7 p.m.
Music: Musical performance begins at 7 p.m. and features two 45-minute sets

Weather events

In cases of inclement weather (i.e., heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds) the event will proceed. Musical performers and market vendors who are able to will transfer inside the West Lincoln Community Centre.

Wicked Truth

Wicked Truth are an internationally touring, award-winning, concert experience. Known for their energetic and engaging stage shows featuring mash-ups, medleys and original arrangements of your favourite songs spanning 7 decades and multiple genres. Songs from artists like Led Zeppelin, Miley Cyrus, Johnny Cash, Stevie Wonder, Aerosmith, Amy Winehouse, No Doubt, Chris Stapleton, Adele, Van Halen, Beyoncé and Queen... Just to name a few.

July 23: Doppelgänger

Doppelganger

As an acoustic duo, Doppelgänger has been entertaining listeners for several years, taking pride in each performance; putting their own unique signature on songs presented, while respecting the integrity of the story it tells, and the songwriter who created it. Capturing multiple genres and eras in each set, we have no doubt you will be pleased with their presentation of the classics.

July 30: Fiddlestix

Fiddlestix

Led by the endorsed Yamaha Fiddler Steve Bowen, Fiddlestix, a band known for their electrifying fiddling has been together for 15 years and they've been rocking stages worldwide with their lively mix of Country, Celtic, and Folk Rock. From headlining major festivals to lighting up iconic events like the Olympic Torch arrival in Toronto, Fiddlestix brings the party wherever they play. Their standout 35-show run at the CNE in 2022 had fans buzzing across Ontario. Their latest hit, 'Apple Moonshine,' had everyone dancing across Canada. Now, they're back in the studio, cooking up more tunes to keep the good times rolling!

August 6: Marty Allen Band

Marty Allen Band

Niagara based Roots artist Marty Allen has been performing since 1993 with various bands until the inception of the Marty Allen Band in 2000. His latest album entitled the Sun Sessions, recorded in Memphis Tennessee at the famed Sun Records Studio, was nominated for Album of the Year at the Niagara Music Awards and won them Country Group of the Year in 2010. Marty currently plays his style of Honky-tonk, Rockabilly & Blues with his band mates Mike McDowell on drums and vocals and Kenny Lee on upright bass and vocals. A new album is in the making.

August 13: Rock "N" Rays Retro Rockers

The Retro Rockers create a note perfect reproduction of the pop, rock and R&B hits of the 50s, 60s and 70s. All band members sing, allowing dazzling vocal harmonies and a variety of lead singers. Audiences are always impressed by the band’s versatility, on-stage chemistry and energy. The band has performed major concerts at Copps Coliseum and the Hershey Centre with Al Jardine of The Beach Boys, Mickey Dolenz of the Monkees and Peter Noone with Herman’s Hermits. They love to Rock 'n Roll!!!

August 20: Kelsi Mayne

Kelsi Mayne

Once a nationally ranked sprint hurdler, Kelsi Mayne is now one of the fastest rising independent artists in Canada— the 3x CMAOntario nominee and SiriusXM TOTC finalisthas performed stages from Calgary Stampede and Boots and Hearts, to Blue Jays anthems and national television. As a songwriter, producer and editor of music videos, costume designer, manager & agent, this #MayneTrain is a high speed, well-oiled machine.
