Water System Financial Plan and Water and Wastewater Rate Study.
The Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, Ontario Regulation 453/07 requires that the Township of West Lincoln prepare a Water System Financial Plan. Watson & Associates completed both the Township’s Water and Wastewater Rate Study and Water Financial Plan in 2020 and were approved by Council in November 2020.
