West Lincoln seeking input on recreation and parks through survey

Help shape the future of parks and recreation facilities, services and events in West Lincoln. The Township has opened an online survey to help inform the development of a Recreation and Parks Plan, which will guide decision making across all aspects of parks and recreation.

The Township retained consulting firms of McQueen Galloway Associates (MGA) and GSP group to facilitate all phases of this project. MGA and GSP understand communities like West Lincoln and the complexity of balancing community needs and financial sustainability for the Township’s population growth.

Community engagement is an essential part of the project. It helps build a common understanding of the issues and empowers residents to have their say in the future of the Township. The first round of engagement included interviews and focus group sessions with community leaders and partners, along with youth engagement and an open community workshop. The online survey provides yet another opportunity to get involved. Don’t miss the chance to have your say!
