West Lincoln Fire & Emergency Services Launches New Online Burn Permit System
West Lincoln, Ont. - September 24, 2021
The Township of West Lincoln Fire & Emergency Services is streamlining services and making it easier for property owners to acquire and activate a burn permit with the launch of a new online system.
Citizens can now obtain a burn permit conveniently from the comfort of their home by registering an account at westlincoln.firepermit.online and completing the simple online application and payment process. Once completed, the applicant can download the permit immediately at home.
Paper applications remain available at Township Administrative Buildings, to accommodate residents without access to a computer or the internet.
As always, conditions of open air fire permits must comply with By-law 2021-58, A By-law to prohibit and regulate the setting of open air fires within the Township of West Lincoln.
