Looking for ways to stay active in West Lincoln? Check out our schedule of spring fitness programs. We’re bringing back crowd favourites and introducing brand new classes into the spring lineup, including beginner hatha yoga, evening gentle hatha yoga, full body slow flow and restorative yoga.
Registration opens at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 3, and will be available online through Activenet and in person at the West Lincoln Community Centre during regular business hours.
Fitness programs are held at the West Lincoln Community Centre, at 177 West Street, in Smithville. Most programs start the week of April 14. Learn more about the Township of West Lincoln’s spring schedule of fitness programs at www.westlincoln.ca/fitness.
