TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of West Lincoln passed By-law 2019-77 on the 26th day of September, 2022 under Section 2 (1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997,S.O., 1997 c. 27, as amended;
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal in respect to the by-law by filing with the Clerk of The Corporation of the Township of West Lincoln, not later than November 6, 2022, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the by-law and the reasons in support of the objection.
