“I have had the pleasure of working closely with Donna for many years, but particularly so during the months she served as Interim CAO, and I have seen first hand how much she cares about our community. She is a dedicated leader and gifted mentor, and her legacy will not only include her many accomplishments but also the lasting impact she has made on those she has worked with throughout her career. We are fortunate that Katelyn has accepted this new opportunity. She has proven highly capable of continuing and even building upon Donna’s legacy, and I am certain will fill her new role admirably. On behalf of Council, I would like to offer my warmest thanks and congratulations to Donna and Katelyn.”
