Cycling in Niagara

The Experience: West Lincoln and Wainfleet Route

Ideally situated in the middle of the Niagara Peninsula 20 minutes from the Queen Elizabeth Way, this ride offers a pleasant counterpoint to the more heavily travelled tourist areas. Here, the landscape stretches out, interrupted periodically by meandering rivers and cool wetlands that are home to migrating birds and host of other wild creatures. Dotted with small townships and peaceful villages, this rural Niagara route ends on Lake Erie Shore. It’s Niagara’s longest access to coastal lands with stately homes and golden sand beaches providing a fitting climax to an idyllic bike ride.  Find more information on this route here.
