Temporary closure of West Lincoln Administration

Be advised that the Township of West Lincoln Administration building, at 318 Canborough Street, in Smithville, will be temporarily closed to the public on Monday, October 7, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for a staff meeting.

The West Lincoln Community Centre facility will remain open to the public during this time, however, program schedules have been adjusted. Please visit the Recreation and Leisure page to find drop-in program and skating and shinny schedules.

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 2024

The Township Administration Building, Public Works Building, West Lincoln Community Centre and West Lincoln Public Library will be closed on Monday, September 30, for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Candidate list certified for West Lincoln Ward 3 By-election

The nomination period for West Lincoln’s Ward 3 by-election closed at 2 p.m. on September 20, and nominations have been certified by the Township Clerk.

The following candidates will be included on the ballot when Ward 3 voters head to the polls to elect a new Councillor to represent them on West Lincoln Council.
